Biography
Hadis Najafi was a 22-year-old woman born in January 2000 who became an iconic figure of the 2022 Iranian protests. She was killed on September 21, 2022, in the Mehrshahr district of Karaj after being shot multiple times at close range by security forces. A video of her tying back her hair before joining a protest went viral and turned her into a symbol of the 'Woman, Life, Freedom' movement.
حدیث نجفی، متولد ۱۵ دی ۱۳۷۸، یکی از معترضان جنبش «زن، زندگی، آزادی» بود که در ۳۰ شهریور ۱۴۰۱ در مهرشهر کرج جان باخت. او هدف شلیک مستقیم نیروهای امنیتی قرار گرفت و بر اثر اصابت چندین گلوله جنگی و ساچمهای از فاصله نزدیک کشته شد. ویدیویی که او را در حال بستن موهایش پیش از پیوستن به اعتراضات نشان میداد، پس از مرگش به نمادی جهانی از شجاعت معترضان تبدیل شد.
